Privacy Policy
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 (Decree), Cristina Caravello, as the data controller, wishes to provide you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data, it being understood that by visiting the website www.cristinacaravello.it (site) you acknowledge and accept the procedures described in this Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.
The personal data you provide to the Association will be processed for the following purposes:
1. transmission of information relating to the activities carried out, such as newsletters, after completing the registration form available on the website
2.the fulfillment of obligations provided for by law, by community regulations, or by a regulation.
Where personal data is processed
The processing related to the website and newsletter services is handled only by authorized personnel.
Your personal data may be collected, recorded, stored, modified, communicated, deleted with or without the use of electronic tools. The data will be archived in paper and/or electronic/computer/optical form for the necessary time, as described in the paragraph "Purpose of processing." Personal data will be processed in compliance with current regulations. In relation to the same, Cristina Caravello will guarantee confidentiality and security for your personal data, as provided for by the applicable regulations. In particular, all technical, logistical, organizational, IT, and procedural security measures, as established by the Decree, will be used to ensure the minimum level of data protection.
Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Decree:
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists, even if not yet recorded, and to receive such data in an intelligible form.
2. The data subject has the right to know:
a) the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the origin of the personal data;
d) the identification details of the data controller, the data processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representatives in the territory of the State, data controllers, or processors.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification, and integration of the data;
b) the erasure, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disclosed, except in cases where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right being protected.
4.The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons regarding the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.5. The aforementioned rights may be exercised either directly or through your representative, in the manner provided for by Articles 8 and 9 of the Decree.
The Privacy Policy is intended to describe how and which data is collected and how the User's personal data is used. It also describes the options offered to access, update, or otherwise take control of the User's personal data processed.
Types of data processed
Cristina Caravello collects only data regarding operations requested by the user.
Purpose of processing – Use of data
We believe in minimizing the amount of data collected and limiting its use.
As a purpose:
1. for the uses for which the User has granted us authorization
2. if we are required to do so or if we are permitted to do so or for legal compliance or for other reasons under the law.
These uses include:
Collection of aggregate statistics and improvement and optimization of the functioning and performance of our services (including the website and the newsletter)
Cristina Caravello does not share with third parties
The user can also update their subscription preferences regarding receiving communications from us directly from the newsletter email.
Newsletter via e-mail
Cristina Caravello periodically sends emails to update her users who, at the time of registration and entirely optionally, subscribed to the newsletter.
It is always possible to completely unsubscribe from this service with every email we send.
Cristina Caravello is responsible for the processing of personal data received, in accordance with the provisions of the European Privacy Regulations, which she subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on her behalf. Cristina Caravello operates in accordance with the Principles of the European Privacy Regulations of the European Privacy Framework for further transfers of personal data from the European Union and Switzerland, including provisions on liability for subsequent transfers.
With regard to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the European Privacy Regulations, the European Privacy Framework is subject to European regulation. In certain situations, Cristina Caravello may disclose personal data in response to requests from public authorities, including those related to national security or law enforcement.
Access, update or deletion of your data
If the User is unable to access the account settings or our Privacy Center, they can contact us through one of the methods described in the "Contacts" section.
Security, storage and retention of user data
Cristina Caravello uses generally accepted standards for the protection and storage of the personal data she collects, both during transmission and once received and stored, and this includes the use of encryption where necessary.

DO NOT TRACK notifications
Some browsers allow the User to notify visited websites not to track the User by using a Do Not Track signal.
There is no agreement among industry operators on what a DNT signal means in this context. Just like many other websites and online services, at the moment it does not change its procedures when it receives a DNT signal from a visitor's browser.
Changes to the privacy policy
Cristina Caravello reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Should she decide to modify the Privacy Policy, she will publish such changes in the Privacy Policy and wherever else she deems appropriate, so that users are informed about the data collected, how it is used, and the circumstances under which it is disclosed, if applicable. Any substantial changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated to users in this document, via email, or through a notice on the homepage at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the changes.

Those residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) and who believe that their personal data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may address questions or complaints to our main supervisory authority, the Privacy Guarantor.
